The winery
Our sales staff will welcome you to our store from monday to saturday, accompanied by our winemakers on sundays and public holidays. Our offices are at your disposal for any supplemental information needed. With quality being our driving force, we have acquired new top of the line technology (including pneumatic presses and thermoregulated stainless steel vats) while retaining traditional methods (vins de garde aged in oak barrels)
The term “quality” can mean many different things in the food and wine industry. For clients, casual wine drinkers and connoisseurs, the quality is that of taste buds, of taste, of the pleasure you feel when consuming a quality drink or food.
For 20 years now La Cave D’Azé has worked to improve this qualitative notion, and has made numerous efforts to constantly increase the quality of our products by not only heavily investing in materials and our premises, but also by ensuring the quality of work, care, and sustainability in our vines. As validation for all our hard work and success, our wines win numerous medals every year at different wine competitions.
This notion of quality also takes on another aspect for us, producers, that of the quality of service that our clients deserve and of the food safety they deserve. La Cave D’Azé has recruited a food safety expert tasked with certifying its methods and its quality of work. This certification, ISO 22000, was obtained in 2012 and guarantees the traceability of all products obtained and utilized, from the vine to the bottle on your table. This means that at La Cave D’Azé, you can enjoy quality, safe products.
